Aside from Accounting, we would like you to enjoy your meals at home please try the following recipe: Ingredients: 1 ! cups Buttermilk 2 TBSP Lemon Juice 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper 1 tsp Paprika 1 tsp Soy Sauce ! tsp Dried Oregano 2 Garlic Cloves, minced 6 boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts 2 cups Dry Bread Crumbs ! cup Sesame Seeds " cup Butter, melted " cup Olive Oil Sauce 1 ! cups Prepared Mustard 1 ! cups Plum Jam 4 ! tsp Prepared Horseradish 1 ! tsp lemon Juice Directions: 1- In a large re-sealable plastic bag or shallow glass container, combine the first nine ingredients; mix well. Add chicken and turn to coat. Seal or cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight, turning occasionally. Drain and discard marinade. 2- In a shallow dish, combine bread crumbs and sesame seeds. Dredge the chicken in the crumb mixture. Place in a greased 13”X 9” X 2” baking dish. Combine butter and oil; drizzle over chicken. Bake uncovered, at 350* for 35-40 minutes or until juices run clear. 3-Meanwhile, combine sauce ingredients in a saucepan; heat through. Serve with the chicken. Number Of Servings:6 |
